Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns (limited), and refunds are handled at Luvih.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment) :

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. A 2% payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

How to Cancel Your Order

Via ‘My Orders’ Section

    1. Log in to your Luvih account.

    2. Go to the ‘Orders’ section.

    3. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on ‘Order Details’.

    4. Choose ‘Cancel Item’, select the item(s), choose a reason for cancellation, and click ‘Confirm’.

    5. Your request will be processed and the refund will be initiated accordingly.

2. Cancellation After Shipment :

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

A. Cancellation Before Shipment
Refunds for cancellations made before dispatch will be initiated within 24–48 business hours, after deducting the 2% cancellation fee.

B. Refund Mode
Refunds for prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

4. Returns & Replacements (Post-Delivery)

Luvih does not offer general returns or replacements. Returns/replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered

  Return Conditions To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code must be obtained before returning the product

5. Important Notes

  • Products that are opened, tested, or used will not be accepted.
  • Perfumes and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.
  • Free gifts must be returned along with the main product when raising a defect/damage claim.
